Vivachi - 1930's

Charles Harris was a professor of Hydraulics at the University of Washington, which was located next door to the Jensen Boat Yard.

Charlie and Tony Jensen were good friends and they worked together building 
three different boats. The Scamper,Vivachi and  one more, similar to Scamper.
