This website is dedicated to all the individuals
who made the Slo-mo-shun legacy possible.
Over the span of almost 10 years Slo-mo shun IV & V
came out of obscurity to dominate the unlimited
hydroplane racing world, and then just as quickly
vanish from the competitive racing circuit.

And although the Slo-mo Team ceased to exist after
the loss of Slo-mo-shun IV in Detroit and the death of the team's
owner and prime motivator,Stanley Sayres in 1956, Slom-mo-shun IV
and it's crew have never missed a beat in the hearts of the
fans that cheered them onto victory and world records.

The site is divided into three sections

1. TheSlomoshun legacy, which covers
all aspects of the history of the boats, its
crew, and the fans.

2.The Slo-mo-shun IV Controversy which has
haunted the boats from the very beginning.
