Mr. Wingard had JMC build a hull which he hoped
to complete in his free time. As the owner of
Davenports Sport Shop I don't know how much free
time he had but I have reviewed his file and letters to
Tony Jensen and do know that he had made considerable
progress on the boat. Whether or not he ever finished it or what
happen to it is unknown at this time
